With multiple living rooms and a sunny elevated position, this property ticks all the boxes for comfortable living in a great location of Rosetta. Open plan living forms the heart of the home, accommodating the well-equipped contemporary kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, dining and living. The fridge offers cold water and ice cubes at any time. A sunroom taking in the view of Derwent river and the iconic building of the Tasmanian MONA museum is adjacent. All bedrooms and living areas are on the second floor. Spacious holiday home with two living areas, the kitchen/dining/living area has great views onto the river. We found a well stocked kitchen on arrival. Fresh bread, milk, cookies, apples and some lollies were a lovely surprise.
