The male receptionist was very accomodating, polite and helpful. He spoke english well and did his best to fulfill all our requests. The room was very clean, and opposed to other apartments or airbnb, The Spring House offered house keeping. The kitchen was fully equipt with kettle, pots and a pan for cooking, as well as a microwave and electric stove. Nearest mall for us was a 10minute walk to Pearl Plaza. Other than that, we had to take a Grab to other places near Ben Thành market.
