Chào mừng bạn đến với studio đầy ánh sáng. Căn hộ chỉ cách phố đi bộ Phạm Ngũ Lão - Bùi Viện 1km, cách phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ 2km. Căn hộ phong cách và đầy sức hút này có view nhìn về quận 1 và cầu Ông Lãnh, có cửa sổ kính giúp tăng ánh sáng tự nhiên và tạo cảm giác yên bình.  
  
Vị trí đắc địa ở trung tâm thành phố - RIVERGATE nằm ở trung tâm thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, bên cạnh Khu Tài chính và được gọi là "Phố Wall của Việt Nam”. Căn hộ nằm ở Quận 4, chỉ đi qua một cây cầu ngắn là đến Quận 1\. Do đó, bạn có thể đến nơi làm việc và nhiều địa điểm nổi tiếng trong trung tâm thành phố như phố đi bộ Bùi Viện, phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ,…  
  
Ở đầu bên kia của đường dạo bô , bạn sẽ nhìn thấy sông Sài Gòn, nơi bạn có thể tận hưởng khung cảnh đẹp với một làn gió nhẹ. Đi bộ từ đầu này sang đầu kia của đường mất khoảng mười phút và bạn sẽ tìm thấy một số quán bar và nhà hàng đẹp dọc đường đi. Từ đường Nguyễn Huệ, bạn có thể dễ dàng đến các địa điểm tham quan khác, bạn sẽ thấy Nhà hát Lớn Sài Gòn và phố mua sắm Đồng Khởi chỉ cách 100 m.  
  
Bên cạnh đó, Nhà thờ Đức Bà và Dinh Độc Lập chỉ cách 5 phút đi bộ. Ở khu vực xung quanh, bạn cũng thấy nhiều nhà hàng và quán bar khác nhau để ghé thăm. Do đó, đây là một địa điểm lý tưởng để tham quan và thư giãn sau đó.  
  
Bạn có thể dễ dàng di chuyển đến đường Phạm Ngũ Lão và Bùi Viện, là phố chính của cái được gọi là "khu vực Tây ba lô" của Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Tại đây bạn sẽ thấy một loạt các nhà hàng, quán bar, cửa hàng lưu niệm giá rẻ, v.v. Khi ngồi tại một trong những địa điểm này, bạn có thể đắm mình trong lối sống và văn hóa địa phương. Bạn có thể mua sắm, ăn uống, tiệc tùng hoặc đơn giản là tìm một số quán bar cung cấp đồ uống với tầm nhìn ra cuộc sống thành phố nhộn nhịp - cuộc sống về đêm trên Phố Bùi Viện.  
  
Căn hộ cao cấp của tôi rất đáng yêu, lãng mạn và ấm cúng với giường cỡ King và sofa. Phù hợp cho một cặp đôi ở cả ngắn hạn và dài hạn. Bạn sẽ cảm thấy như ở nhà mình với đầy đủ tiện nghi như điều hòa, tivi, bàn là, máy giặt, tủ lạnh, bàn ăn, phòng bếp với đầy đủ tiện nghi để ăn uống và nấu nướng.
