Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, everything was very expensive, from the food to the drinks—prices were almost comparable to those in the United States. The beach was decent, but not particularly impressive. It was quite small and offered limited space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

"Need to check shampoo stocks. Gets rancid and had a bad smell. Per maintenance , management mentioned that they need to dispose everything first before replacing a new one. Hence for the time being, shall not book HI , maybe in the next 4 months."
