Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful!! From the staff.. To the guests the whole ambience was perfect!! Food at the casino was good except the all you can eat breakfast buffet ..food tasted cheap..omlets overdone . And the orange juice tasted watered down!! But I highly recommend this hotel! We went stay anywhere else.. Thanks so much for the incredible experience ❤️🙏

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.
