Welcome to Treetops 6101, your perfect dog-friendly retreat in South Forest Beach! This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa seamlessly blends comfort and functionality, offering a great escape for families and friends alike. Upon entering, you're greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace, a Smart TV, and plush seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation.

The fully equipped, renovated kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and plenty of cabinet space. Whether you're preparing a full meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.

Retreat to the comfort of the two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and Smart TV, as well as a private balcony. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

For added convenience, a sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

After a day of adventure, return to Treetops 6101, where the villa's amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With wireless internet, air conditioning, and a community pool, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 45 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
