We arrived at 1am and there was only 2 persons at the front checking in , had to wait more than 30 min. I work at Customer Service and I totally understand understaffing and I have a lot of patience, but I didn’t like the service I received, it was my first time at the hotel and if I don’t ask, I don’t get information of anything. Nothing is clear with the parking process and prices, the front desk person send me to another window to get a card so I can park for free, once I got there, it was a place to register as a recurrent guest and had to pay a monthly fee . No information of what floor number we were staying. For the room prices they can offer a better customer service experience.
