You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community. The short walk to the clubhouse was very convenient, parking was simple and check was very smooth. Communication with the host was excellent and everything we needed was right there. Everything you need - kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed with plenty of linens and towels. The host was awesome - great communication - very helpful. The complex has everything you need (with an additional amenities fee) pool, tennis, lake access. You can pay extra to golf or rent a boat - super convenient!
