Interior gas fireplace and outdoor porch swing were delightful. Communication with host was excellent. Unit is all first floor. You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community.
