Room was clean and everything was in good condition. They only do housekeeping on a limited day schedule so it's good to be aware of that. We asked for a change of towels and that was promptly taken care of. Yes, they serve breakfast and it's the usual for these kind of places. We're not a fan but managed to find something to have. Overall, the place was good and I’d recommend it for a stay in the area, assuming you don't book under demand pricing, which can be quite high for the area.
