No hot water from aroun 20:00 until 06:30. Poor noise insulation so constant traffic noise. No Blackout curtains so also bright throughout night. Very poor for sleep. We were made to feel very welcome and loved our stay in Hawks Barn. It has been beautifully renovated and had everything that we needed. A real bonus was nearby access to a walk in the grounds of Highclere.
