The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. The living room furniture was a little threadbare, but serviceable and comfortable. Guests should be aware that the water is very sulphuric, with a strong odor. The host provided bottled water and bags of ice in the freezer, so this was not much of an issue except when showering. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were not aware until after booked that this has an exterior stairway to enter (there are no photos showing the entrance from the outside in the ad; I learned about it on Google Maps). Being seniors, we would not have booked the Loft. The other issue we had was the water: It smelled powerfully of sulfur. I'm told this is not toxic, but it was immediately noticeable when entering the rental. It also tarnished all of our silver jewelry, from just hand and dish washing. I had the occasion to speak briefly with the owner. He was friendly and seemed eager to help with any issue. But I don't think there was anything he could have done to resolve those issues during out stay. ##### Martin W.
