High Desert Sports Complex Tours and Activities

We haven’t stayed at the lodge in a long time… here are my observations… Pros: The exterior grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room appeared to have new flooring and fresh paint Comfortable beds Clean Friendly staff Cons: The microwave didn’t work The hairdryer didn’t work ( maintenance did replace both in a timely manner) The rooms need some attention… tv is about the size of a large computer screen ( very small), no artwork or character, the headboards were scratched up, the vent for the heat/ac was full of dust, lint, paint chips… Also… old place so you can hear all your neighbors …noisy ( and smell their marijuana vapes on the balcony, ugh) I like Eagle Crest Resort but prefer to rent the condos, probably won’t stay at the lodge again.

The staff was great when checking in. The room was very clean and they offered great snacks and other cool goodies at the reasonable price. The only complaint I have is the shower head sprayed everywhere and there was only a show Curtin and not a liner so the water also went all over the floor. But the bed was comfortable, clean and Netflix on the TV was a nice touch to wind down at bedtime.

The location was great. The unit is older and you can smell the carpets. Also, the floors looked like they were no swept and the carpets looked like they were only vacuumed in some areas. The entry and the stairs up and down looked very dirty.
