No complaints about the property itself. But the arrival process was insanity! They claimed to have only a 2 hour checkin window and messaged me multiple times at which I confirmed an after 6p check in. They never sent lock box code and calling at 558p to say what is it, i was met with an offsite calling service that said staff didnt leave it and we cant help you. I spent over $800 on the room and they had me in a panic. On site staff was nice but this method and off site call center is bananas! Staff should be monitoring calls, and if you had accurate info (that staff was on site till 8p not 6p,) stress would be avoided. Was told manager would contact me, but Chris never did. Wouldnt recommend.

Thank you for a great stay. Hotel was clean and the room was perfect for what we needed. The location was ideal as it’s a short walk from the beach or to state street. When you’re there keep an eye for Mickey at the front desk. That guys awesome. Good conversation and he has the best recommendations. Great trip , thanks again.
