Very clean room and very very affordable

Suite was very small to move around. Lighting poor. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pull out couch mattress very uncomfortable.

A handful of issues with this resort. #1: The valet driver began to question my wife when she tried to get into our car after we checked in. They insisted on keeping our cars key fob even though we told them we would self park. The driver didn’t know what a key fob was when we told him we needed it back. #2 & #3: our reservation stated we were checking in with 4 people. There was one bed and a sofa bed in the studio room. No sheets were provided for the sofa bed. I called house keeping to get some sheets and the phone range for a few minutes with no answer. The TV also wasn’t working in the room. I called the front desk with the same result… no answer after multiple minutes. My daughter and I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for assistance with both. No one was at the front desk. He came running in from outside hanging out with the valet drivers. This took place around 10:30 pm. The TV was fixed and we did get sheets delivered to the room. #4: the sofa cushions were incredibly torn. #5: the bathroom sink drains would gurgle while draining and when the toilet flushed.
