We stayed here in May and had the most amazing time. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was met. The bar tender for the beach Kiki especially went above and beyond making sure that my fiance and I had next level customer service. They made us feel at home while on vacation and ensured this was our best stay ever!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and came with a large variety of choices. The pool is relaxing and we really liked having the beach so close to the hotel.

The staff were the most friendly and hospitable place I’ve ever stayed. Very helpful, informative, friendly, and overall just a really nice place to stay. People were always cleaning. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. Absolutely gorgeous, best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel, really good drinks. 10/10

Nice short stay

Had a one night stay since it is close to the airport. Fast and friendly check in, room was good, we had seaview that was supernice. They have nice pool and beach right outside. Several restaurants and shops nearby.

Clean room although the balcony door needs replaced due to water in-between glazing. Double bed not available although 2 singles put together. We were all inclusive and choice for price very good value. Staff very helpful & pleasant.

A few days with my daughter

4 nights with my daughter. Good location right on the beach, pool ok but very cold water, the sea was warmer I think… Busstop just a step away on the mainstreet that takes you straight to Heraklion or if u like to Agios Nikolaus. Only are Breakfast but it was good and lots to chose from. Can recommend the Hotel.

the air conditioning was hardly working, they couldnt fix it and their explanation wasnt satisfying at all. hardly sunbeds available after 9 am. because people were reserving them with their towels. and staff didnt do anything about it. breakfast was ok, but not special. and had to take it in the reservation

My mom and I stayed at Themis at the beginning and end of our 3 week trip in Crete. It was a perfect beginning and end. Beat beach in the area and super nice when you are tired and need aiming easy and relaxing! Beach staff make great drinks and are welcoming every day! Ate at Ideal restaurant almost every night, also lovely!

Een excellente, attente manager Kostas Frontdesk staf is plezierig , behulpzaam ,service minded, Restaurant personeel uitstekend! Heerlijk eten, elke dag is er wel een traditioneel gerecht bij. Kamers zijn mooi en schoon.Een aanrader! Het hotel ligt aan een strand met "blue flag" certificaat !!!schoon dus. Het heeft een mooi groot zwembad. Al met al was het een zeer aangenaam verblijf van 11 dagen in September. Wij komen er graag terug. Dank jullie allemaal! Nogmaals dank voor de staf !!!

De ligging is fantastisch, direct aan zee. Een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. De kamer was iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De manager, Voula, van het restaurant was zeer aardig en behulpzaam.. Het eten in het restaurant is goed en iedere dag een andere keuze. Ook het personeel achter de bar was iedere dag zeer positief en aardig. Het enige dat verbeterd moet worden is de airco. Deze moet nodig vernieuwd worden. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold på hotellet. Personalet var meget vennlige og imøtekommende. Bufféen var god til alle måltider og varierte litt hver dag. Gratis tilgang til tennisbane og utstyr var et stort pluss. Anbefaler rom med sjøutsikt.
