The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "
