Everything was very nice. The room was very clean very large. It was a very nice place. We didn’t have that long of a stay so we didn’t go to the bar, but the people at the front desk were very nice. I would stay again.

This is our fourth stay at this property and it gets better every time. The first time we stayed was 3 years ago, and the lobby had a funky smell, now nice and pleasant. The staff are always friendly. Adan helped us to our room. We had 2 cats and a dog, with plenty of luggage. Super nice guy. Francia was at the desk and was efficient and kind. They also charged a pet fee, but one fee for all 3, not 3 fees. Previous night in Mazatlan they charged 350 per pet. Here it was 400 for 3. Definitely made us happy. The property is modern and nice. Restaurant on premises was good and convenient. Room service available. Parking can be a bit tight as it's usually pretty full.

The receptionist wasn't helpful, we could hardly hear her. Parking is a big issue at this hotel. Also, we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant and Angeles provided horrible customer service. Food was great although some was cold.
