  • Welcome to a modern twist on rural living. Casa Pioneer is a 1500 sq ft craftsman style, single level home in a new, centrally located development with easy access to restaurants, shopping and highways to help you navigate to the surrounding towns. Equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, has an open floor plan, complete kitchen, fiber optic internet, lots of natural light, fenced backyard with a covered patio and handpicked comfortable furnishings.

    Our space is very light and airy. There is lots of natural light and plenty of working space, including a 25in computer monitor for easy laptop connection and an electronic standup desk. We provide complete access to the attached two car garage as well as driveway parking; street parking is open to everyone. Home also includes a large fenced backyard.

    Keyless access for easy check-in.

    Casa Pioneer has outdoor security cameras installed at the front and back entrances.
