« The front desk and staff were super helpful and FRIENDLY! The atmosphere was great, not stilted. The bed and pillows were AWESOME. I would book with them again in a heartbeat! Not to mention being next door to the train station if you’re going there with the Amtrak. »

« It was a very nice property to stay at. It was accommodating and met almost all of our needs. Tea bags in the room like the coffee provided would hand made it excellent. Also, the mattress is in desperate need of being replaced. It is worn out. Other than those concerns it was a very nice location. »

« It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. « Close to everything downtown. Reasonable price. We were gone most of the time so we just needed a place to sleep. Parking was a slight issue as there were 4 cars crammed into a steep lot with uneven ground. It met our needs and we would like to return. »

« Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages. »

« A beautiful property. Unfortunately we were met by a dead armadillo (under the waterfall that is not functioning) and multiple dead koi fish (in the cute little pond they have at the entrance, but not cute when you look in it) Besides the dead animals, the stay was pleasant and staff was friendly. We stayed 3 nights, and were told s’mores were available and a fire would be lit every night for them. Not a single night did they light it, and by “s’mores time” all the staff had already gone home...

« The staff was awesome. Very nice people the fire pit was awesome at night and the short walk across the river is awesome. When we arrived I asked the staff where I could get flowers for my wife's birthday. The staff informed me that they would take care of getting flowers for my wife. We came back to our room 2 hours later my wife had a dozen roses and a bottle of wine complimentary. The lady informed me that they love to celibate birthdays and anniversary's. We will defiantly be back »
