Welcome to the DeFlorin Brick Cottage Inn with a Fabulous View of Hermann, $20 Shuttle Per Person Per Day Private Service to the Wineries right from Your Front Door, Free Breakfasts, Free Drink Coupons at the Must See Hermann1837 Cellar Bar, and Reserved Seating for Live Bands on Weekends Nov.-April and 7 Nights a Week May through October. Per pet fee is $50 plus tax nightly. This home is Part of the Hermann Crown Suites and Hermann 1837 Cellar Bar Properties and is Right Next Door to Our Historic DeFlorin Stone Cottage Inn and DeFlorin BiCentennial Inn! This is a private, super clean whole house rental only to your group! Only Three Blocks from the Hermann Historic District (Away from any Pedestrian Noise). Eight Blocks from Amtrak. Two Blocks from Downtown Market Street and its Restaurants, Shopping, and Wineries. We also Overlook Hermann's City Park.

Perfect for Wedding Groups as the Inn is only a few steps away from the Stunning St. George Catholic Church. Ideal for Wine Lovers (with the Inn situated between Hermanhof and Stone Hill Winery) and Fabulous for Bachelorette Parties. A Restful Night for Bicyclists enjoying the Katy Trail.

Over 2000 Square Feet Fully Furnished on 3 Levels. Its a Rare World War II Era Home Built in 1940. Renovated By the Owners August/September 2012 and continued updates in 2021! Just Bring Your Group and Enjoy the Bluff Top View.

The DeFlorin Brick Cottage Inn is filled with Antiques and Collectibles originating from the Home's Era. You will see Art Deco, Depression Era, and World War II memorabilia items. The home is also adorned with Rural Missouri Oil on Canvas Art from Award Winning Artist Michael Somerscales and 1904 World's Fair Advertising.

Please Note that Our Prices already include Charges for Your Whole House Cleaning after your stay. We have all cooking ware and utensils! BBQ Grill. We have coffee, water, soda, and popcorn for your enjoyment.

Great spot for our group! Bit of a hike up the hill but beautiful views. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel - that was an unexpected treat. Thanks for your hospitality, hope it’s a great year for Hermann.

So much room! We enjoyed the accommodations very much; the whole place was very clean. Will keep it in mind for future stays knowing how many options there are for sleeping arrangements. Had fun playing one of the games provided. Very close to downtown. Morning breakfast buffet was very good. And I can now say I slept in the same room as Clark Gable lol.

The house is bigger on the inside than what it looks like from the exterior. It is very simplistic. 1 large bedroom upstairs (attic), 2 formal bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level and 2 nonconforming "bedrooms" (note: no doors) and a bathroom in the basement. It suited us well to sleep at night for our girls' trip for the wine trail. Nothing fancy. Some luggage racks and rugs would be great additions. We all agree that the best part (besides the wine) was our driver, Rich! He gave great recommendations and was punctual and all around great! The complementary continental breakfast at the Herman Crown Suites was a nice perk. Very nice hospitality.

A group of 4 stayed and our only regret was we only had it for 1 night. The property was quaint, clean and the location had amazing views. The picture posted was of that morning’s sunrise and we heard the beautiful church bells play. If I’m lucky enough I hope to get this property again.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay. House was roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Buffet style breakfast was good. The hill isn't as bad as everyone says but it is still something to keep in mind in case you have any mobility issues. Overall, our stay was great but I have a few suggestions. The TV on the main floor needs to be a SMART TV. Also, the VBRO website needs to be updated to show current amenities. For example, soda, water and popcorn are no longer provided. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. The living room furniture needs to be updated. The couch up against the window, on the left side has a hole that you sink down in to. The chair needs to be a recliner.

Great house in a great location

Six of us stayed in this house for a hot summer weekend. Everything was perfect. House is in great shape. The AC kept us cool. Everything was in working order and clean. The location of the place is very convenient. Hermann is a great little town to visit and we plan on coming back and hopefully staying at this house again.

We had a great time in Hermann. Communication was prompt and the property was cozy. Beds were comfy, plenty of space, and clean. We loved gathering in the living room and chatting. The view from the top of the hill was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The place is nice. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of guests. Would be great for families or groups of friends. Breakfast was nice. The house needs a deep cleaning and better cleaning before guests though. We were disappointed to find dirty dishes in the sink and floors, counters/sitting areas that needed to be cleaned before using.

The 2 bedrooms on the main level were fine. Would like to have tables and lamps added to down stair bedrooms. They have only a bed in the room. The air freshener they used was very strong and we had to place in outside. The property was great for a girls trip. Hermann is always fun.
