Elevators did not work during our stay. Taking the stairs to the 4th floor then Carrying the luggage the next day down stairs was not enjoyable or easy. Our king suite room toilet handle broke. We had to take the lid off to flush the toilet every time. The bathroom faucet was loose and leaking.

Doug was great at communicating before and during our trip. Answered questions very quick. We would stay again.

Waterfront Property w/dockage-sleeps 18!
It was cold inside with the heat all the way up the cabin by the lake was cold the other cabin had bees everywhere. If it was spring maybe would of been better or summer so we could be out doors more
