Between the three floors and a separate converted garage suite, there's plenty of room to spread out or come together in the cozy kitchen/dining/living area with expansive south-western lake views. On the main floor you will find the primary suite with private bath, half bath, and an open-concept main area that opens to an inviting screened porch. The porch is a great spot for dining and the sunsets are not to be missed! Upstairs there are 2 spacious guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The teen suite in the basement features a game room with couch/futon, TV, dueling hoops basketball, air hockey/ping pong table and board games. In the basement bedroom, there is a custom-built quad XL bunk bed (3 Twin XLs and 1 Queen) and plenty of entertainment with a TV just for gaming (Xbox 360 with games included). The full bathroom with tub is accessible from the bedroom or game room. There is also a separate laundry room for guest use. Walk out to a large covered patio with beautiful lake views. Another great spot for outdoor dining or relaxing on the swing facing the lake. There is a spa-like outdoor shower for rinsing off after a full day on the lake. Outdoor games (corn hole and ladder ball) are available and always a hit!. Get those smores ready for evenings around the firepit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The converted garage suite is its own oasis with a downstairs living area perfectly suited for poker night and some darts, or watching the game. Escape upstairs to a comfortable queen bed, a coffee bar complete with sink, mini fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. The bistro set in this suite is a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and take in the serenity of the lake. The home is filled with new everything from the furnishings to the beds and linens, even the kitchen is stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, etc. The wide, protected cove off main lake offers calm waters for fishing, swimming, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking and making memories. The double boathouse with bar will offer guests the opportunity to secure their watercraft while enjoying the deep-water cove. There are 2 slips, 1 for a boat and the other for 2 jet skis (with lift), as well as space to tie off 3 more boats. Gather at the bar (with mini fridge and prep space), covered dining with ceiling fan or open tanning deck. To really enjoy the tranquility of this cove, paddle around in kayaks (2 adult and 1 kid) or paddle boards (2 adult SUP) and take it all in. Fishing, swimming, basking in the sun, or simply enjoying sunset with a cocktail, the choice is yours. The large front yard has the slightest slope, but plenty of room for running around. This is an ideal location in a quiet cove, yet in the heart of all the action just off main lake and nearby retail stores and grocery. To name a few, in less than ten minutes you will find a Dollar General, Food Lion, Ace Hardware, ABC store, Lake Gaston Coffee, Subway, Pizza and several restaurants. There is even massage therapy and a gym nearby. Bonus public boat ramp 2-3 mins away. Easy commute right off River Road. The house is beautifully decorated and the outside areas are so nice. A firepit area for smores at night, the large dock with furniture and refrigerator and the screened in porch were all highlights of the trip. An incredible view up the cove and out the main lake could be seen from many of the rooms. They have a gas griddle and then a charcoal grill. Many people had left things like trash bags, sugar, so we had the basics right away. The separate garage conversion was fantastic for someone who wants more privacy and we watched movies together in the lower portion. We're accustomed to dropping everything for a sunset cruise, but you can do that right from this property by looking out the window. Also appreciated the give a little, take a little on the essentials. Nice to not scramble for toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt and pepper on day 1\. We’d definitely return. The home was clean, comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and great big dining table. We practically lived on the big screened lakeside porch. It had a well stocked kitchen, was clean and very tastefully decorated, has games, puzzles, books, and plenty of toys for kids. The deck and fire patio were fabulous with an amazing view of the lake and sunsets. The boat house/dock is beautiful and has it all! We enjoyed two paddle boards, two kayaks, an inflatable raft, and slip for the pontoon boat we rented. If you rent jet skis, there's two electric lifts. We had great communication prior to and during our stay with the property management. The house was well equipped-everything we need to make dinner each night and the dock was amazing. We loved hanging out in the water; the quiet cove was perfect. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, but we made the most of it since there were so lamy great covered hang outs. The kitchen has plenty of glassware and nice cookware which we really appreciated. All the bedrooms were equally comfortable! The only thing I would say is I wish the walkway down to the dock was a little more finished. It was a little tricky with little ones and a dad with balance issues. Overall, this was a great place to rent. ##### Alison M. The house is clean and beautiful with wonderful lake views on a quiet cove. The sunsets were gorgeous! The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with everyone and the screened in porch provided a lovely gathering space. Beds were super comfy and bedrooms spacious with a great bunk bed room for the kids in the basement. S’mores around the fire pit with lake views was a perfect way to end a wonderful week together. ##### Donna R. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a large family. The location at the end of the cove was perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boards provided by the owner. We swam off the dock as well. The game room provided a lot of fun, and our grandson loved the trunk full of Legos. We brought some of our own lawn and board games for extra fun. We all had an amazing vacation. ##### Lisa K. The kitchen was full of everything you could possibly need. The views were wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the paddle boards before the rain hit and we enjoyed the fire pit for roasting hot dogs and making s’mores. The kids enjoyed the game room for the days it rained. Caught a good amount of fish off the dock. The only negative was the lack of furniture on the dock and what was out there could really use an upgrade. The sheets in the main bedroom did not seem clean so we did end up stripping the bed and washing the bedding ourselves. ##### Sara P. The kids were fishing at the dock nonstop or out on kayaks and paddle boards. The screened in porch was my favorite spot to sit with some coffee or wine.
