Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Bathroom door( barn door style) would not stay closed. Key cards were given in used paper holders. Group of men drinking beer between 2 trucks in parking lot when we came back from dinner. Side outside door of hotel had outside trash can overflowing with empty beer cans and still there this morning ...
