The house is highly insulated throughout, so low heating costs can be expected. The interior is modern, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with technical aids. Hejlsminde on the Little Belt is surrounded by beautiful nature. In the village is a beautiful marina. In the surrounding area there are good cycling and hiking trails that lead through a beautiful nature. Not far away is the nature area Skamlingsbanken. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken, Christiansfeld (honey cake, tiled stoves and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for children's families and art enthusiasts.
