Unique is the location on the main (pedestrian) street, while the carpark (and main attractions) are not far away. The room amd bathroon are spacious. Daily cleaning is only if you ask for it. There are also no tea and coffee facilities in the room.only a bottle of water

I didn't appreciate every room was themed so perhaps my fault too. The New York room was a little old fashioned. my main issues were no air conditioning in an upstairs room in 30 degree days wasn't good. No fridge in the room. No bucket for ice when I asked for it. Great location and the front door is staffed during day time hours but little of the hotel luxuries if that is what you are after

Tribal masks for "exotic' decoration isnt ok

The room was run down and old. The room theming is pretty problematic -- there were African tribal masks in the Dakar room, for example, that was just unquestionable appropriation. Staff were ok when they were around but usually had to flag a server from the connected restaurant for help. Not recommended.

Sehr lebendige Straße

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Man soll damit rechnen dass bis 3 Uhr in der Nacht viel los ist.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, mitten in der Heidelberger Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe städtespezifisch eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns im Zimmer "Marrakesch" tatsächlich im Orient. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im HIP Hotel.

Hôtel incroyable en même centre ville et aucun bruit malgré la période de fêtes… Nous avions chambre Dakar très belle ambiance mobilier très original petit coin salon S’il fallait bémol pas de mini bar et chambre un peu sombre difficile de lire au lit mais sinon parfait situation idéale pour parcourir la ville à pieds et se restaurer

Hotellet angiver at de er forberedt for handikappede. Det er ikke rigtigt. Morgenmaden serveres i 2 etager med 8 - 9 trin for at komme til maden !

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist spitze, Frühstücksangebot war nicht üppig, aber durchaus ausreichend und lecker. Idee mit den Zimmern ist klasse, waren aber schon etwas abgewohnt, es sollte in den Zimmern und im Lokal / Biergarten einiges gemacht werden, war sonst wirklich schön.

Havde noget større forventninger til et 4-stjernet hotel. Gav 135 euros for 1 overnatning uden morgenmad. God beliggenhed, det er den du betaler for. Utiltalende område ved reception. Der står st hotellet har parkering, men det er offentlige betalingspladser. Man kan ikke køre til hotellet, da det ligger på gågaden.

Mitten im Herzen von Heidelberg. Lage war super. Zimmer entsprachen allerdings nicht den Erwartungen zum Preis. Foyer sah leicht lieblos aus. Das Zimmer war schön, aber das Bad war leider „ungepflegt“. Da schien es als hätte im Waschbecken mal etwas gebrannt, ein großer schwarzer Flecken. Der Duschkopf sah verkalkt aus und mehrere Löcher mit und ohne Dübel befanden sich in der Wand.

Nie mehr!

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit defekten Lampen, herabhängenden losen Kabeln, mit einzigen Waschbecken außerhalb des Bads, einem leidlich geputzten Boden: Nie wieder. Auch, dass 7 Leute zu Coronazeiten im Flur auf ca. 8 qm aufs Bezahlen warten mussten: geht gar nicht!! Das Frühstück war okay, aber warum wurde den Gästen das selbe Desinfektionsmittel auf die Hände gesprüht, das anschließend zum Reinigen der Tische genutzt wurde? Der abendliche Restaurant-Besuch war unterirdisch: Kalter Raum, Defekte Tischlampe = Dunkel am Sitzplatz, angeschlagene Teller/Gläser und Speisen, die viel besser klangen als sie waren.
