Nestled on the banks of the Little Red River, it offers a serene and tranquil setting that leaves the hustle and bustle of everyday life far behind. With its breathtaking views and luxurious accommodations, the Chateau is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or corporate retreat. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, the Chateau is the perfect destination for your next vacation. The Chateau is located on a large on the Little Red River just outside the city limits of Heber Springs, Arkansas. The Chateau's great room offers stunning views of the Little Red River, a large fireplace surrounded by custom cut stonework, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, cable and smart TV streaming options. The adjacent, open-space kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a double-oven, 6-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a wine cooler, an ice maker, two large islands with seating for eight guests, and a dining table that accommodates up to 10 more guests. Just off the great room, we have additional seating for six more guests on the screened-in porch. There is also a unique teak-root table in the great room that provides seating for 2 more guests. The master bedroom also offers expansive views of the Little Red River, a luxuriously appointed king size bed, a separate seating area (with cozy Italian leather furnishings) and a massive walk-in closet that features two cut crystal chandeliers. The master bedroom's luxurious en-suite bath includes double vanities, an over-sized jetted tub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a seated make-up station. The Chateau's second great room also has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, another smart/streaming television and comfortable seating. Here you'll enjoy a second downstairs king bedroom (with smart/streaming tv), and a view of the Little Red River. The third main-floor bedroom features a queen bed with a smart/streaming television and a "peek" of the river. Two more bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combination) are located in this living area. The upstairs bunk room includes a custom built king size bed and two hand-crafted single beds (all built by a local craftsman), as well as a sleeper sofa and an additional memory foam pull out bed. The Chateau's grounds are also luxurious. The grounds include beautiful landscaping, a koi pond, two fire pits, an expansive deck and a private dock with a boat house. Guests have access to our entire home. Our home will become your private retreat during your stay. We spend almost every weekend at Eden Isle just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. We enjoy meeting new people and are readily available if a need arises or if you'd simply like additional ideas for your stay. The Chateau is located in a private neighborhood just down river from the famed Cow Shoals. You can expect a quiet stay with easy access to Heber Springs, which is just minutes away by car. Master suite, comfortable bed, setting area provided views because of the Hugh windows. Two kitchens, game room, large great room. Kitchen well equipped for family cooking and dining. The pictures are outstanding but do not do this beautiful home justice. It is spacious, comfortable, and the owners have it extremely well equipped with quite literally everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. 10/10 recommended and would stay here again for sure! ##### Jason M. We were four families, there was enough space for all and extra air beds were very useful. Kids enjoyed all board games and also had fun doing fishing. Best part was grilling experience with gas grill and lot of wood to use for fire pit. Definitely looking forward to come again in future. We made wonderful memories. Our host’s communication was excellent and the house was in clean condition when we arrived. We loved the accessibility of the boat doc, which allowed us to get a lot of fishing in, although we probably been more successful if the dam was generating less. The house probably needs a couple of updates. The top oven is not working properly, the sink sprayer has no water pressure, and the TV in the living room is probably on it’s last leg (freezing up, controls not working correctly, etc.). ##### Nathan M. This house is beautiful and very spacey! Great upstairs room for kids and huge master. View was gorgeous and a short way down to the dock. We caught a lot of trout! Boat rental right down the street. Great outdoor spaces for cooking and fellowship. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at a vrbo. We will definitely be going back! ##### Kelly C. The house was perfect for a 16th birthday party sleepover. The two kitchens and living areas worked really well to provide the kids and adults with great space. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtful—right down to the sleep machines in the bedrooms. The location on the Little Red made it extra special. If you want a care-free luxurious vacation, you need the Chateau on the Little Red River. The house is large and offers plenty of space for family and friends. Bring your clothes and groceries and you are set for a wonderful stay. Our family absolutely loved the house, the location, the accommodations, and the beautiful views.
