### Dogs welcome - Gorgeous, Spacious Cabin in the Pines
Located just north of the Mogollon Rim on a heavily treed lot with views of the White Mountains, this beautiful cabin is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the heat of the Valley in the summer or those wanting to experience snow in the winter!
The perfect combination of cozy yet spacious, the cabin is 2,300 square feet with 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, and sits on an almost-acre lot. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a warm relaxing stay indoors in the winter… games, puzzles, family movies, popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee! Looking to get outdoors in the summer? Enjoy a friendly game of corn hole, hold a ping pong tournament, host a cookout outside on the grill, or watch the kids climb and swing on the outdoor playset! The open floorplan allows guests cooking in the kitchen to be part of the action! The oversized-butcher block island seats 5, which adds additional seating space for movie nights. Cozy up on one of the soft leather couches in front of the gas fireplace, brew some fresh coffee at the coffee bar in the kitchen, work a puzzle in the sun-filled dining room, play a game upstairs in the large loft overlooking the great room… all these spaces are connected! The loft has some brand new additions including a hand-built 8' shuffleboard table, a Streetfighter arcade game, and an Infinity game table. Kids and adults alike can disconnect and chill or find plenty to do inside and outside!
Disney fans will appreciate the Disneyland "nods" throughout the house... which was the inspiration behind the cabin's name!
Sleeping
The cabin \*comfortably\* sleeps 8 guests with additional spaces for camping out in the dining room, loft, or living room:
• King bed in the master bedroom downstairs
• Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom with a private balcony
• Queen bed with a pullout twin bed in the third bedroom upstairs
• Queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the open loft
• Twin air mattress in the loft
• Queen air mattress in the loft
• Two kids' air mattresses in the closet of bedroom 3
The beautifully decorated bedrooms all feature Casper foam mattresses and soft bedding.
Entertainment
The home is connected to WIFI, so the smart TVs downstairs and in the loft can both connect to your favorite streaming service, but there is also a 4K/ Blu-Ray player upstairs if you want to bring some of your favorite movies from home or watch one of ours!
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots and pans, and a variety of items to assist with the preparation of meals (Pyrex glass baking dishes and bowls, baking sheets, muffin tin, knives and cutting boards), as well as plates, bowls, cups, flatware, and mugs.
The large appliances include a dishwasher, gas stove/ oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker.
Additional appliances include a toaster, standard drip coffee maker (coffee included!), a French press, Air fryer, hand mixer, blender, rice maker, electric griddle, waffle maker, and crockpot. (We just ask that you use appliances for their intended use.)
Cooking spray and oils and basic spices are also provided, but you’ll want to bring remember to bring additional cooking/ storage supplies like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or ziplock bags.
The kitchen comes equipped with dishsoap, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, paper towels, and trash bags.
Bathroom
The bathrooms include your basic necessities like soap, toilet paper, towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a blow dryer in both full bathrooms.
Laundry
The cabin has a laundry closet in the sunroom with a washer and dryer and comes stocked with laundry detergent and wool dryer balls

Front porch with two seating areas: one with 2 rockers and a swing, the other with a loveseat, coffee table, and two chairs
Back deck: with outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for 6

Myself and my husband and our 2 dogs stayed at the home for several days. My 16 yr old son joined us one night and my niece and her 2 & 3 yr olds stayed one night. The kids loved the playset in the backyard. The dogs loved the wildlife and I loved the cooler weather and even the rain one night. The house was great, They had all the amenities for our cooking needs. The house was clean and the home was easy to access. I would stay here again.

This cabin is perfect for families. So many fun things for our kids to do. The property was very clean and fully stocked. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We plan on coming back next year! The only thing I wish they had were blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

Where should I start? The beds were fantastic. The porch was wonderful and spacious. The decor was cute and the snacks were appreciated. They have an Infiniti table, which was so easy to operate. Our two special needs adults love playing so many of the games. They were easy to get in contact with and invited us to come back.We also were very happy that we could bring our 13 pound Shih Tzu who absolutely love going on walks up there as the weather was perfect. We enjoyed happy hour on the porch and also in some of the Bars in the area. There is so much room in the home and I can imagine that young kids would love the outdoor playground and all the wonderful games, puzzles and dolls upstairs in the loft.

This is the cleanest property we have every stayed at. My wife usually spends the first hour cleaning but not here. Furnished with all that you could need. The beds are comfortable, the place is large. There were 10 of us and it didn't feel crowded. Kids had fun playing in the snow. Well be back in the summer for the cooler weather. When we arrived the cabin was already warmed. The host was friendly and helpful.

#### Wonderful Family Getaway!
This cabin exceeded all our expectations! From the get-go, the hosts reached out and let us know that if we needed anything or had any questions we could contact them at any time. The cabin was immaculate! It also felt much bigger than we thought it would be. Everything was fully stocked from the linens, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, cooking oils and more. My husband and I stayed there with our five kids, ranging from ages 5-13, and we all had a blast! The kids loved all the games and the playset out back. They also loved the fact that all the rooms were upstairs except the master, so they felt like they had the upstairs all to themselves. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen and lovely patios. The location was very close to town, yet in the pines so it felt secluded. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and hope to go back in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

#### Had a wonderful stay
My wife and I stayed here with two friends of ours to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. The property was very clean and Susannah our host was extremely accommodating. and easy to reach if needed. If your into board games and relaxation a must stay. There are so many games you could not play them all. If you like to cook the kitchen was a great place to hangout and have breakfast and enjoy each others company with a very large island and wonderful gas stove. We plan on returning this winter hopefully with our kids to enjoy the snow and each others time.

#### Incredible cabin, Incredible hosts!
This home stay was a wonderful experience, only thing missing was a sixth star for the review. As soon as you walk in, you feel as you are staying at a high star hotel. This rental lacks for nothing, you will be 1000 percent satisfied as we were. Spending quality family time here was a lovely experience. The hosts are incredible to work with. We will stay here again.

#### Grizzly Peak Lodge Fun Fest
Grizzly Peak Lodge made for an absolutely great family trip. The multitude of choices to get off tech and play together (shuffleboard, ping pong, outdoor playground) meant we were able to cover age ranges from toddler to teen to adults. The cabin was cozy, well maintained, and had everything we needed to ensure an enjoyable trip. Smart TVs enabled wide variety of selections to choose from as well. We had a fantastic time at the Grizzly Lodge and would definitely choose it again for a future trip.

#### Mountain Getaway
This cabin is like new throughout with many special touches to make your stay special. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are available for any question and are most welcoming. My kids and I had a great experience.
