The view and access to the lake was amazing. The house was cozy with plenty of seating areas. The only thing that was disappointing was the weather. Linda was very prompt with answering any questions and very friendly when she had to call me about our husbands not obeying the property line on the dam, which clearly says to stay off of. The place was pristinely clean and well- maintained. The set up is very nice and we used all of the amenities, rowboat, kayaks, firepit, grill, whirlpool, deck and indoor games. All was in great working order. The kitchen was well stocked. We also purchased fishing poles and license and enjoyed fishing off the dock. With the location being so close to the village of Jim Thorpe it was easy to split up our days to appease all in our group with activity preferences. The only suggestion I could offer would be an updated sofa in the living room and some of the bedroom dressers. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
