Inside, an open- plan living space feels bright and airy, with an L-shaped sofa and two comfy armchairs for unwinding after beach days or adventures around West Cornwall. Full, dedicated fibre broadband keeps everyone connected between outings. Outside, a bench near the side door is perfectly placed to catch the morning sun, while the fully enclosed front balcony creates a safe outdoor living area for children and pets. With café-style table and chairs, two benches, solar lights and an outside electric light, it's easy to extend time outdoors day or evening (weather permitting). There's also an outside cold-water tap for quick rinse-downs after the beach. Rooms \- Kitchen - Fitted and well equipped: washing machine; fridge with small freezer compartment; electric fan oven and grill; electric hob with overhead extractor fan/light; microwave (stored in a cupboard if preferred), kettle and toaster; full set of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
