Cornish Cottage in Hayle near to St Ives
Our 2 storey end of terraced cottage in a shaded location provides a basic entry level of refinement for your stay. Located on a holiday village 5 miles from St Ives, with onsite swimming pool, comprising of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen & G/F bathroom. Upstairs leads to 3 modestly sized bedrooms. One double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunkbed. Our house is compact but fitted out with the basics you need for your stay.
During your stay you will have access to free wifi at our house (max speed 30Mbps. Speed and connection cannot be guaranteed. Any temp loss of connection is out of our control.
There is also free Wifi available in the reception/bar area.
We supply a Smart TV with 'Guest Access'. This means that you enter your leave date and during your stay access to Netflix, Prime, Disney etc will be via your own passcodes that will be automatically deleted on the day you leave
During your stay you will also have free access to site facilities, including the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna (refundable deposits on..) tennis court and crazy golf and access to snooker and pool tables, as well as a free entry to the bar, restaurant, takeaway and play park. At present there is no children entertainment offered.
To make the best use of the facilities on site you MUST download the parks app from Google or Apple called: 'john fowler on site' Select our park 'Tolroy Manor Holiday Park' and then you will have access to book the swimming pool and get important detail about the facilities
We typically accept bookings of 7 nights during peak season (sat to sat only) although other days may be considered (out of season) Any stay (4-7 nights) must be made between Sat and Sat. We cannot accept long weekend stays such as Fri, Sat & Sun as this prevents a 7 night stay (sat to Sat)
There are steps leading up to the property and although there is a level approach from the rear of the house, this access cannot be guaranteed because of parked vehicles.
Owing to our house location, it is recommended that your own transport is used to reach the location attractions/beach. The property is within walking distance of Hayle beach/town and previous guests have walked this (we ask that you familiarise yourself with the distances to make your own judgement). Paradise Park (an interactive zoo) is only 10 mins walk away which is a great day out (see the feedback on their website. Public transport can also be caught from Hayle, just over a 15 min walk away.

Clean, modern, adequately sized for the 4 of us and centrally located. Good price for Cornwall and even better given we had daily access to swimming pool, tennis courts and crazy golf. Staff working at John Fowler very friendly despite being incredibly busy (bank holiday weekend and school hols). Would absolutely recommend to others and would be keen to stay again if we visit Cornwall.
Communication with the owner was perfect. Property was easy to find with outside parking. The accommodation itself, was clean and presentable and roomy for our family of 4. Everything & more than we needed for our stay.
The park itself was clean & tidy with plenty to do for families. However, we found the nightly entertainment a little low on 'entertainment', but we guessed it wasn't peak season yet, so it was waiting for more families to turn up. Although , we were happy to be out all day and just relax in the property of an evening.

This flat is really super and recommendable. There is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and convenient. Check in and all communication with Steve and Helen are perfect and uncomplicated. We felt very welcome. The location of the flat is perfect for exploring south and west Cornwall. The beaches of Hayle and St Yves, as well as other activities such as Mount St Michael, Godrevys Lighthouse and many more. All are within a quarter of an hour's drive. The beaches are so varied and wonderful. Lands End and The Minack Theatre are also 35 minutes away. There is a huge supermarket (Asda) just a few minutes away where you can do some great shopping. We had a great time in Cornwall and will definitely be back. Thank you Steve and Helen for everything.

Petite maison très bien agencée et confortable. Bien équipée. De plus nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures du village de vacances (piscine, terrains de tennis et tennis de table, supérette, salon lavoir).
La communication avec le propriétaire était très facile, et l'information très complète. Nous nous sentions accueillis, même si nous ne l'avons pas rencontré physiquement.
La maison est parfaitement située pour sillonner les Cornouailles. Nous avons découvert cette magnifique région. Et la plage de Hayle, la plus proche, est vraiment très belle.
My family enjoyed our stay in Tolroy Manor Holiday Park. The private house is so relaxing and it is a great base to enjoy the beauty that Cornwall has to offer. It is clean and quiet. My kids who are 7, 12 & 15 years old enjoyed the free activities in the park such as the tennis, mini golf, table tennis and the night entertainment which is included on the total prize paid. It is advisable to drive a car due to transport issues. Unfortunately, we did not brought our car and it takes us 15- 20 minutes to walk to the town centre which is only takes about 5 minutes to drive but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Hayle. The house owner always maintained a good communication. I definitely recommend the place. Thank you.

We arrived on the Saturday 24th, what lovely location and reception/bar staff really friendly. Also the shop is reasonably priced and staff are friendly too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great location for visiting Penwith and the South West Peninsular
The property certainly can sleep 6. It is also true that it isn’t “hotel standard”. With the up coming summer season the unpleasant damp smell upstairs will no doubt dissipate. The distance from the Holiday Park reception and pool benefits from reducing the noise and bustle. The facilities inside the property are all working and adequate for a holiday let.
So all in all No.58 can be recommended.
We certainly enjoyed our time as the weather was amazing!😎
