The ADU has its own entrance and sits on the owner’s nearly one-acre lakefront property, where the owners also live. A short walk down toward their home and shoreline brings you to the hot tub, fire pit, and dock, with a pedal boat and two paddleboards. Golf and dining are nearby, and your stay includes complimentary Tour CDA perks for exploring North Idaho!

The Space:
This 720 sq ft cabin is a cozy, easygoing base for lake days. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area, a kitchenette for simple meals, and two bedrooms for a restful night after time on the water.

Please note: the hot tub, fire pits, and dock are on the owner’s property, right in front of their home, not attached to the ADU. From the ADU, it’s about a two-minute walk down a gravel path. The hot tub, fire table, and lounge seating sit on the covered lower deck of the owner’s home. Continue to the shoreline for a wood-burning fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, then the dock.

The path to the lake slopes fairly steeply, so keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
The cabin is set back from the shore, with no lake view from inside.
The owners live in the main home on the property and you may also see them coming and going.
The hot tub, fire pit, and dock are behind their home.
A valid fishing licence is required. Licences are available at Walmart in Hayden.
