« Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay. »

« What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

« We really enjoyed our visit. The only thing we could say is the bed in room 103 could do with replacing, quite uncomfortable. The bathroom should be updated, along with a new bed would make the room excellent. The food we found to very good and overall we will definitely recommend The Black Boys hotel, thank you. »

« The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful »

« We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. »

« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« The breakfast was very good value for £10. The rooms were clean but only replenished the tea/ coffee once during the 5 day stay, but staff were very obliging with extra pillows, milk etc. Staff were very friendly. »
