Direkt angrenzend ist ein Fahrradweg, der kurze Wege nach Hausham bzw. Miesbach bietet. Generell bieten sich die Lage der Ferienwohnung ideal für Tagesausflüge in die Berge, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Achensee…an. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig bestückt und bei einem guten Gläschen Wein lässt sich am Abend der Balkon wunderbar genießen.
