The apartment was extensively renovatd and modernised in November 2024 and it is the only apartment on the block with a 3rd bedroom. The open plan living and dining lead out to a covered balcony where on can enjoy open air relaxation. The kitchen is outfitted with all appliances including a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for extra seating. The master bedroom is spacious. has many built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, and the 3rd bedroom ( no ac in this bedroom), has a twin bed so 5 persons can be accommodated. Theses 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a balcony leading off of the bedroom with fabulous sea views. Internet and cable TV are included. We have a cap on the electricity f USD70.00 per week mainly to make sure guests switch off the ac when they leave the bedrooms. There is a self check In and instructions are sent on Whats app prior to check in.
