Coastguard's Cottage, Sleeps 6 + 1 dog - Pett Level, near Rye, East Sussex

Coastguard's Cottage is a three bedroom house in the seaside hamlet of Pett Level. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher. A large open plan lounge/diner with a woodburner and french doors opening onto the garden.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with one double bedroom to the rear with countryside views and one double to the front with sea views, this bedroom can be configured as a twin but must be requested when booking. There is a wet room with modern shower, WC & hand basin.
Stairs lead up to the second floor and the master suite, with king size bed, bath with shower attachment, WC & hand basin. To the rear you have sweeping countryside views and to the front sea views.
There is a southerly facing garden set over three levels, immediately outside the french doors to you have a small lawned area with a bench. Then you have a decked area with steep steps leading down to the lawn and flower beds. At the end of the garden is a bridge that leads to another part of the garden. Children should not be left unattended in the garden due to the water hazard.
You are a five minute walk from the pebbly beach and promenade.
The cottage allows one well behaved dog but they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
You are only a 5-10 minute walk from a quiet beach.
