Good: Quiet and clean room! Bad: It was a bit worn out. Carpet, paint, bathroom door handle was loose. I went over to Scandic to get the room code. This was because I got a new phone # / Sim card once arriving in Europe. No problem as it was a couple of blocks away.

A basic hotel in a great (central) location. My standard single room was on the 6th floor facing the water to the south-east. It was very quiet (no traffic noise or from other guests) and, being light all night, glorious to lie in bed looking out through the picture windows at the seagulls and district views beyond.

The picture of the yellow House, is not the place! If you not get a mail og sms with the keycode and room number, you can get it at Scandic Harstad just a few bloks away, they have reception 24/7. The place is ok value for the money. Nice and clean.

Surprisingly good value hotel. No breakfast (but there is a pizzeria in the building and a supermarket 2 buildings away). The room is simple, maybe small but a decent size, there may be some minor flaws, e.g. the shower head holder was broken, but apart from that the bed was comfortable, the room was completely clean and fresh, everything else I was satisfied with. The main bus stop is very close. Good option to/from the airport if you are travelling, but check the timetables of the transfer options.

great standard hotel - no breakfast service

F2 Hotel is an average hotel, 100 meters from the main bus station and 50 meters from a supermarket open from 07-23h. Great choice if you are travelling to or from the airport. Basic but perfectly clean rooms, good towels, everything worked well. Yes, another guest had a small party with noise, but that is not a feature of the hotel. Wifi is available and no other services are available. No breakfast, no information desk, no telephone. There was also a pizzeria in the building if you are hungry. Overall a good hotel, I would happily return.

No travel cot at the hotel despite having a family room. Did request it but got reply until the day we arrived. Door handles, locks etc broken. Double glazing poor. Old Tech still attached to the wall. Cheap hotel so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room is big and clean. The family room I booked has microwave, kettle, plates and silverware. The price is reasonable. Supermarket, restaurants, walking streets, and bus station are all around at the corner. The location is right in the city. There is no reception. Check the email for the code to enter the hotel and the room. No ac but no need to worry about it. I went in August which is their summer but it’s cold like fall in NY. The heater was on! No free hotel parking. We got lucky park next to the hotel on Sunday which is free in Norway. The other day I believe you have to download certain app to pay for it since Norway is very digital and cashless mostly. Otherwise, I saw the parking building for a fee next door. All in all very good value

Excellent option for a basic overnight stay right in the heart of Harstad. 3 min walk from the bus station, 5 mins to Hurtigruten coastal steamer. Good bed, a nice armchair to sit and read in. Water cooker - a nice cup of hot tea with own bringalong tealeaves. Small bathroom w shower, the basic conveniences - and clean.
