There is a boat ramp access just a few yards away. Hardy’s large Loberg Park is very close by. Hardy beach is just a short drive across the river. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room. The host was amazing and a quick responder. There is a train track in the backyard that runs around the clock and often so sleep was not on the agenda for me. The listing makes you think that you have access to the river right across the street but you do not, that is private property. If you are going to have access to the river you have to go down the street and through all of the other people that are using the public area. There is a great porch and patio area, the master bath has a washer and dryer which was a plus. I chose this place because we wanted to be on the river and a peaceful weekend, but at least we had a good laugh, family time and it was very clean and comfortable.
