In Wunstorf-Steinhude, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Neptun offers an excellent view of the sea. The 38 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Pros: Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag brauchte. Es war sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Es gab Verdunkelungsvorhänge im Schlafzimmer. Der Gastgeber hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Eigener Parkplatz. Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt eine stimmige Einrichtung. Cons: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war leider nur durchschnittlich. Es gab viele Spinnenweben, die Fenster waren dreckig, es lagen Glasscherben auf dem Balkon, der Spritzschutz am Herd war voller Fettspritzer, an den Schränken waren Fingerabdrücke. Bei Ankunft roch es in der Nichtraucherwohnung nach Rauch. Es wäre hilfreich wenn der Stellplatz gekennzeichnet wäre. Frau Hase, die Rezeptionsdame, ist er unfreundlich und nicht lösungsorientiert. Sie spricht dem Gast indirekt seinen Verstand ab, da sie augenscheinlich makellos ist.

#### Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub/ ein (langes) Wochenende am Steinhuder Meer.

Pros: Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub/ ein (langes) Wochenende am Steinhuder Meer. Liebevoll und maritim eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, es ist alles an Kochutensilien vorhanden und sogar ein paar Gewürze. Vom Balkon aus kann man seitlich auf das Steinhuder Meer blicken. Das Zentrum von Steinhude mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
