The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

« Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh. »

« Elevator was very slow to operate and the light went out when the door closed. Pitch black. The room smelled misty and I had to keep fiddling with the AC to keep it on. The spigot in the tub was barely hanging on. Whole room was quite worn out. »

« When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal. »

« Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.? »

« The hot tub was out of service and the pool was green, and no word how soon it woukd be available for usage. Breakfast is typical, except the eggs and sausage, the quality was not that great. The breakfast area during my stay was not kept clean, food spilled everywhere with no one in sight to clean it up. Requested housekeeping and towels mid day and never received the service. . The location was perfect for me. The evening staff was helpful though. »
