Route 66 Stadium Tours and Activities

Check is 4pm and got there at 3:15pm and told me our rooms weren’t ready. Came back in 30 minutes as suggested and they simply moved us to 2 new rooms. Could have done that 1sr trip. Checked out on time and early at 915am and each room has $75 hold per room for incidentals which is high. No problem swiped my card. Get home and check statement, was charged a $14.25 per room charge… still no clue of what is for as we didn’t use rooms except to shower. Breakfast Buffett is expensive as well and this being a college town is surprising.

We checked in, discovered we had been put in a handicap room. Ask for a different room to no avail. discovered trash under our bed, and the coffee maker still had the coffee pack in it from some time before us getting the room. Also I have two 100.00-dollar charges on my credit card from Element, which we did not charge or use anything in addition to the room.? So at this point I am very unhappy with our experience at Element. We used Expidia to make our reservation in advance, to insure we received the room we had reserved. Dan Flannery

The mattress was horrible. Like the worse I've ever slept on. My hands are small and I could grab the top and bottom of the mattress. The room and hotel was beautiful but the mattress felt like a slap in the face with how much the balcony layout room was. They need to change those mattress sets. I served in the military for 10 years and the mattress thats in the barracks are 10 times better. As two disabled veterans looking to relax, this really aggravated our our trip. We needed to place the pillows under us in order to have cushion under our bodies. Staff was great and helpful . I'm not sure if Id be back simply because of the fear of how the mattress may feel about the next mattress we have there.
