Hotels.com also tried to contact them numerous times regarding a refund but couldn’t get hold of them. I was placed in a room over the bar with live music playing til 0001\. I had no temote for my TV it was requested on the first night but never received. Shower was unusable as the shower head was absolutely disgusting. No wifi. Room had a bad odour. Had to wrestle with the door to get into the room.
