Good friendly check in. Everything explained. Very clean room with lots of space. Very clean bed linen over a very comfotable bed. Stayed with 2 show dogs and we had lots of space for their overnight crates. Plenty of space outside to walk the dogs

The staff were helpful, property location was good, the single beds for the kids were perfect but the adult bed mattress was terrible.... thats the cheapest landlord mattress you can buy on the market. Improve the double mattress and ensure rooms smell fresh then its a 5 star review.

Good location and clean but a bit tired.

Very tired but in a convenient location for travelling. Staff were good and helpful but the bed probably should have been replaced some time ago. No food at the hotel but McDonalds and Costa Coffee is right next door.

this hotel is looking a feeling bit tired, but still everything functioning as it should, descent shower and beds etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a country park if you fancy a mooch around. With the property being in the M74 service area it can get a bit noisy with wagons comming and going.

Very handy location for motorway and strathclyde park. Good amenities with service station but did mean a bit of noise through the night. I was also kept awake with room doors closing loudly late at night. Otherwise excellent, staff very friendly. Great price.

Room and hotel was lovely and clean , staff on reception couldn’t do enough for us. The only down side was the bed mattress wasn’t the best and I felt like I was folded up like a sandwich all night and that wasn’t comfortable , but apart from that everything else we couldn’t fault
