It was set up very nicely, clean and new. I was alone but it would have been great with my husband and a grandchild along too. Added bonus -- the tree leaves were spectacular, I hit the timing just right. If I stayed again, I would bring ear plugs. I am a light sleeper and there is some traffic on the road.
