"We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH ORBITZ/EXPEDIA! We booked through Orbitz only to arrive and have the receptionist tell us they do not accept bookings through Orbitz or Expedia. We then had to pay the girl at the reception TWICE what the booking rate on Orbitz was. To make matters worse Orbitz has NOT given me a refund for this. I called and explained the situation to Orbitz and they said they would get back to me. Nothing from them! "
