For one I’m absolutely furious, we did not get the opportunity to stay in this place as, one you did not send me all the information too get into a closed building with no receptionist in it,two the lady on the phone was as bright as a lightbulb no help whatsoever, three we tried everything and was trying for 2 hours too get it sorted that time I should been resting in my room, I want a full
Refund sent too me asap your company can’t even answer the call As the numbers are all wrong too get my money back, thank you will never used this agin.

"Room was a big disappointment. Dark, Dismal, wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom was awful, Lino on floor, mold on tiles, set in the 50’s. That was the executive room.
