Never a fan of carpet in a room. This one was stained. Older wood paneling. Bathroom with a window to the room and blinds is just weird.
Staff not very helpful when asking where downtown wax upon check in.
Breakfast was good.
I really appreciated the staff and their response to any questions or concern I had. They were prompt, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself had amenities that were great for our family.
It is clean and a good size hotel room. The location is very accessible to other institutions for meetings. The breakfast was excellent to taste a variety of international food selections. Highly recommended.
When there was a problem with the temperature control in the room, the kind staff immediately resolved the issue. They were so helpful and professional.
As an American whp has mecer beem to Korea, booking this place was a perfectly happy accident. The food was actually top notch, the staff exceptionally helpful and the rooms immaculately clean. I will be back for my next visit
Staff are very professional and kind. Rooms are generally quiet. The cleaning crew does a great job. Everything you need is here. Restaurants and stores are a bit far away but walking/taxi/bus/subway are your options. I like walking so it was fine. There are some parks to exercise nearby too. Rooms/carpets are getting a little wear but overall an excellent hotel, I would stay here again.
Hotel was quite far from other areas and the convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was not that well stocked. But the hotel was clean and the room was of a decent size for 2 people.
