This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in while touring India. Its staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, well managed and amazing to be in, the food and choices on the menu meet our needs and tasted amazing and I can't fault the service or the staff.

Good hotel with modern amenities. In particular, the spa offers great treatments. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would stay at Arista by Ambition again and recommend it to other travelers.

The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay in Guwahati and also recommend longer stays if possible. Outside of the hotel experience, Guwahati itself is a wonderful place with super nice people, great Assamese cuisine and plenty to shop!! Not to forget GAU is one of the best airports I have experienced. This is fast becoming one of my favourite and must visit destinations in India. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a profound and beautiful experience!!

On the upside, the spa was excellent. The food was very good. Room service and laundry were prompt. On the down side, staff were disorganized and not well trained. We had many problems conveying our needs with the room reservation. Operations were inefficient. Importantly, smoking was rampant and there was sewer smell in our room. Would not stay again.

There were mosquitoes in the room. The policy gives only one key card for the room. So if I have to go to the gym at a different time than my wife I cannot. Since it requires the key card to use the elevator and the gym. The breakfast did not have the regular drip coffee. What they gave us as Americano was a machine made coffee and that sucks.
