The staff, particularly at the breakfast area, are incredibly professional and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast there. The only thing that needs improvement is the room amenities. The fridge wasn’t working, and the weighing machine was changed thrice but still wasn’t functional. Otherwise, it was a comfortable place to stay.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for three nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, adding great value to the stay. The breakfast was exceptionally fresh and, in my opinion, among the best in Gurugram in terms of taste and quality. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being consistently polite and attentive. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn, Gurugram where I stayed for 2 night's. The pool and gym were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation and fitness. The staff was exceptionally polite, well-trained, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with its variety and taste. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

This was my third stay at the property. The room includes all basic amenities such as a kettle, refrigerator, and ironing board, and the gym and pool facilities are excellent. Breakfast is fresh and enjoyable. However, we faced a frustrating issue during check-in, though the manager later called and resolved it, which was appreciated. We also requested to have our complimentary breakfast served in-room since we were occupied, but this was declined—something other hotels often accommodate, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location is quite secluded and not ideal for exploring at night. Overall, this experience was less satisfactory than my previous visits, and I would rate the hotel lower this time but will try to visit again.

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our family of four had a great stay enjoying the clean, well appointed rooms. The food was amazing with great quality and choice at both dinner and breakfast. Our kids used the pool while we enjoyed the gym. However the best aspect of the hotel were the super friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Overall the stay was great and would recommend to all.

The property is nice. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. However, the location is not ideal, as it is often very difficult to get a cab from there. The housekeeping staff is prompt and responsive, but the reception staff is not very helpful and almost always declines any special requests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though there were a few shortcomings.
