One bartender / server for a packed restaurant. Mini Shower in the room sprayed water literally everywhere. Hair dryer did not work. Front desk does not answer their phone. Ever. Not very helpful staff

There was no dishwasher. The utensils were extremely dirty. The tea kettle was dirty we could not use it. There was not even 1 extra towel for the whole stay. The parking is at a different level than the property it was extremely difficult to bring our things to the room.
