"This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property listing was completely misleading. It advertised WiFi (there was none), two Queen beds (only one Full bed was in the unit), and a working smart lock—which failed within hours. I never received the access code or unit number until after the scheduled check-in time, and only because I asked. The host never proactively shared it or responded to a single message after that.Because of the lack of WiFi, incorrect sleeping accommodations,...

"Seriously there are not words to describe how horrendous of experience this was...Sooooooo...I didn't know what I was expecting but definitely wasn't expecting what I saw when I unlocked the door to this property... it was a unique distinct smell of old folks home and weed...I have kids and couldn't stay there...from the broken blinds to the unsecured windows that don't lock in an old run down apartment complex...it wasn't safe and definitely wasn't sanitary...We ending up getting a hotel...

"The guesthouse was perfect for two and met all of our needs. Easy to find and ample parking. Very quiet neighborhood."
